THE ASSET
A 103-key, six-storey hotel on 1.5 acres at 1910 Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard, completed in 1989 and flagged with Wyndham.
THE DEAL
Acquired in February 2023. It was the group’s first hospitality investment in Florida, after building an eight-property portfolio in Georgia from 2017.

THE ASSETS
Courtyard Jacksonville Airport Northeast at 14668 Duval Road, and the Residence Inn at the Airport at 1310 Airport Road, half a mile apart and both Marriott properties.
THE DEAL
Both were acquired on 22 July 2025 from Hospitality Investors Trust. The Residence Inn was built in 2000 on 2.9 acres and renovated in 2006.
